Chance Changing Lives is a local charity supporting households, families and individuals to combat poverty, homelessness and social exclusion. At the heart of our charity are 50 volunteers providing support, care and compassion to 400 individuals per week including 150 disadvantage children in some of the most impoverished areas within Cheshire East. We aim to provide access to food via our Community Pantry and Saturday Kitchen operation as well as access to clothing, and social well being services.

Every year we support 50 households into improved circumstances. However as one household is able to move forward, another will be coming to our door for help. We never turn anyone away who is in genuine need.

To provide our services we rely exclusively on the generosity of our donors and fundraisers. Without their help our charity could not exist and we could not perfom the critical work we do.

Independence Support, are an organisation we have close links with. They partner and fundraise for us regularly.

This year, the clients and staff at ISL have been inspired by their personal trainer to undertake the Couch to 5K challenge culminating at the Crewe Park Run on 31st August 2024. Leading upto the event, the team at ISL will continue to train and undertake various physical activities as they maintain their Couch to 5K journey.

For every £5 raised we can provide a hot 2 course meal and shelter for the homeless.

For every £10 raised we can provide warm clothing, sleeping bags and bivouacs for street sleepers.

For every £25 raised we can feed a family of four for a month.
